Finance, when this word comes in our mind, a picture of men /women dressed in business suits with a suitcase in his/ her hand or pile of cash either in dollar or rupees generally appears. when we search this word in text books, the long theories appears, big and heavy words like life blood of economy etc are mentioned there.
Many of us stop reading book or surfing internet when we met the terminology which we never heard before. Big and bulky books of finance demotivate us to understand this. we think that the pink colored newspapers are ment for special kind of people and we not even gather the courage to buy them or read them.
Generally finance is the actually a very crucial subject. It is also associated with individual in one or other form. I am creating this platform to understand the basic or more practical finance which will help us to plan our finances well. It will be a platform to discuss the queries and its possible answers by the visiting members. we will discuss the basics of income planning, expenditure planning, investment planning, insurance planning or any other form of finance planning. I will put a subject and all are requested to contribute some as no one is perfect in this world, only mutual participation will help us all. you are also requested to put your topics as well.

2. Insurance; life insurance, term insurance, motor insurance, health insurance, endowment plans, Unit linked insurance plans (ULIPs) etc.
3. Investment in shares / stocks, Investment in mutual funds, Investment in debt instruments, fundamental research of shares, technical research of shares, corporate FDRs, IPOs etc
4. NPS, EPF, CPF, PPF and other post office products.
